Return Policy
All returns need to follow the policy below. As long as these little rules are followed you may make returns. To make a return ship the product back to us (you will have to pay initially for postage) and once we receive the merchandise you will receive a credit for the product that were returned. If we ship the wrong item we will pay for the shipping but if you received what you asked for then shipping cost will be incurred by you.
- All returns MUST be made within 30 days from the ship date.
- There are no returns on music unless a record is scratched or damaged.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, then you can exchange it for the same item.
- If you received the an item that does not fit but it was the size that you ordered you pay for postage to return item and for the new item to be shipped to you.
- All items that are returned must be in re-sellable condition.
What if we make a mistake?
If we made a mistake and ship you a wrong item, we won’t charge you anything to get the correct item. Getting the wrong item means that you receive something that you did not order, if the item that was sent is the same as the order then this does not apply. If we do make a mistake just send us back the product and once we receive the returned item, we will then promptly ship you the correct item and credit your shipping fees.
